Picture quality is great. This is one of the best Moby Dick films that I have seen so far. Patrick Stewart (aka Capt Picard of the star ship Enterprise) makes a great Capt Ahab. This movie is 3 hours long not the 2 hour version I've seen before.

First Sci Fi That Deals With Space Travel

Picture quality is great. This is suppose to be the first sci fi movie that deals with space travel. Its a silent movie and it comes in the original color and black and white versions. There are no sub titles but in the special features you can watch the movie with narration I really enjoyed that special feature. The movie only last about 15 min but I really enjoyed it. As a bonus you also get two more shorter silent films: 1. The Eclipse Or The Coutship Of The Sun And The Moon. 2. The Astronomer's Dream.

I would not recommend this movie unless you can not find a better quality disk. I will try to find a better quality disk. In the day scenes the picture is so bright that you can barley see whats going on especially when Moby Dick comes out since he's white you can barley see him because of the brightness. The movie is a silent version of Moby Dick but he only comes out twice. The movie centers more on the love triangle between a young Ahab, his step brother, and the woman they both love. It comes with a new musical score which I did not like sounds to modern wish they would have kept the original musical score.

Good picture quality. For those that don't remember or are not familiar with this movie. This Kong movie is more of a romance/love story more than anything else. Kong has a big crush on his leading lady Jessica Lange who is making her feature film debut. You are not going to see any dinosaurs or Kong fighting any dinosaurs like in the original 1933 and 2005 versions. The only giant creature Kong fights in this movie is a giant snake. In short this is what the movie is about: Kong gets girl. Kong loses girl. Kong gets girl again. Kong gets kill by helicopters. End of movie. Enjoy the movie. I enjoyed it when it came out in theaters and still do.

Good picture quality. This movies are about Gamera the giant turtle monster that breathes fire and flies using jet power. He's the original hero in the half shell. This collection has 8 of the 12 Gamera movies. They come in english and japanese audio with english subtitles. They are from 1965 to 1980. Check the special features you will find the english version for Gamera the giant monster (Gamera the invincible) and the english version for Gamera vs Barugon (War of the monsters). If you like watching giant monster movies are collecting them you might like Gamera.
