Bought this adapter for my dad's 20021 Silverado w/ factory radio. This adapter allowed us to install an XM satellite radio in the truck and it worked very well but you need another adapter to make everything work perfectly. These earbuds are hands down the best wireless pair I have ever owned. They are clear and capable of being very loud and do a great job of drowning out surrounding noise. The software included is very intuitive and the touch controls are great. I can also confirm you will get great battery life out of them as well. I consistently get 7-8 hours and only get them down to 35 percent or so.
