From scheduling ease to frequent reminders of delivery date, time and what we needed to do to be ready for install, to the actual delivery / install a great experience. Installers were very sure to be Covid safe, they were friendly and professional, and overall did a great job including leveling and showing me how to use our washer and dryer - from six feet away!

Washer works great, easy to use. Didn’t need steam or WiFi, this washer just does a good job at washing clothes. Very quiet. Wash cycles are long, but seems to be gentler on clothes and leaves clothes a lot dryer than our previous front load washer.

The washer and dryer work great - we didn’t need a lot of features like steam or wifi, these do the basics of washing and drying clothes very well and are very intuitive and easy to use. Very quiet in operation, can hardly tell they’re running. Washer has long cycles but seems gentler on clothes than our previous front loader. Dryer didn’t come with a rack for sweaters, shoes etc. but easy enough to order from LG - Best Buy should offer accessories like that for purchase on website.
Can’t say enough good things about Best Buy - ordering online was simple, scheduling delivery was simple, and the two guys who delivered were extraordinary - right on time, wore face masks, gloves for their and our safety, in and out fast but didn’t cut any corners.
