My old tabled couldn't keep up with the software requirements of some vendors. So I sat down and tried a few different manufactures tablets and finally decided on the Microsoft Surface line. For the systems I support and the tasks that I need to do, I upgraded to the Pro 6 with the Intel i7, just to be on the safe side for the next set of upgrades coming at me. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but with the Best Buy financing helped persuad me. The Surface Pro just does a lot of things better than other tablets I tried. I'm pleased with the product and hope that it keeps on proving with continued use.

To do some of the multiple systems that I use it came down to a requirement that I use the paid micosoft solution vs other free versions. I don't see any difference so far, but I'll keep using it to see if I become a fan.
