Controller trigger button spring failed 3 months after purchase. Controller was replaced under warranty. Original controller which came with system has also developed a headphone jack problem as well and will be returned for replacement. Sony seems to be having problems with these controllers. Unfortunately, you have no alternatives at this time.

Energizer batteries. What's there to say. They work, they last as long as other premium batteries and better then discount batteries. Wish they didn't cost as much as they do, but, what can you do. The package I received seemed to be older and showed some shelf wear, but the batteries were still fresh and worked fine.

Knowing styles may vary, I ordered hoping to get Optimus. At the very least, I expected get a Leader class transformer which would be within the same price range. What I received was a Voyager class Star Scream which is in a lower price point, total rip off. Drove to store and returned the next day. Be careful, you may expect the $50 price range transformer, which is what you're paying for, or you my get the $30 price range transformer, like I did.

Portable players are going the way of the dodo, being replaced by tablets and other devices. For those who still have a DVD/bluray collection and a need for a portable player, this is a good choice. Good picture on both DVD's and blu-rays. Certainly not as good as modern tablet resolutions, but, certainly good enough for casual viewing. A bit pricey, so look to get it on sale.
