The motor issue has been resolved and we are enjoying ice again. The best buy plan was great and easy to use. The only thing is the same day after the service one of the lights went out on the front of the freezer but it wasn't worth another charge to have a rep return to fix.

Home Theater Troubleshooting Service
The tech left no paperwork from my service on Aug 1st. I had to pay for this unresolved visit and now have to schedule and pay in advance for a diagnostic tech to come out. Seems unfair as I'm a total tech client and the TV is still under warranty.
