If it’s less than a year, you call the manufacture of your refrigerator if it’s past the manufactures warranty and you are with Best Buy total tech or key squad call them and they will let you know if you’re covered

The Insignia 20.5 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator has a separate top freezer compartment to store your frozen treats and keep them organized on shelves or in the door trays. The fridge has three shelves to organize your food. Door trays comfortably store your bottles and condiments~even gallon jugs~and the humidity-controlled crisper drawers keep fruits and vegetables fresh. The refrigerator and freezer are also internally lit so you can find items easily.
Can anyone please suggest if it's ideal to keep this refrigerator in my garage or in basement(unfinished)? I live in Connecticut
