I've used Zagg screen protector for years with excellent results and it appears this one is no exception. This is by far the easiest one to apply, touch is perfect, and the view is excellent. The best thing about Zagg is they stand behind their products all you have to do is register it and file a claim or return to Best Buy for a replacement. I've had a few crack over the years but my phone screen wasn't even scratched.

Horrible experience with the phone & Verizon.

Had to return this beautiful phone after I longed to go back to a Note for 2 long years after switching to iPhone. I had a Note 8 I traded - big mistake! Buying the Note 20 Ultra - another mistake! This phone was a pleasure to use, set up was a bit of a pain going between the 2 platforms it's normal, and although the battery life was shorter than expected which could have been caused by the problem, it really charged fast so not a deal breaker for me. The unreasonable issue? NO INTERNET unless on WIFI - the phone locked up it seems due to spotty 5G Verizon coverage where I live & having no way to lock the phone to LTE which has more stable coverage here. As long as I was in a well covered 5G area the phone would switch between 5G and LTE seamlessly although noticeable if loading a large file but much faster than my 2 year old iPhone. But when returning to my home area it would do fine as long as it remained LTE but on the first switch to 5G would it would refuse to load anything - the internet became totally unusable as it would not switch back to LTE even after restarting the phone. I chatted online with Verizon to no avail - that was a mess because they would send a message to access my acount which I didn't/couldn't receive and after 3 times my account locked for 24 hours. I went to a Verizon Corporate store - they set my phone to another network setting (I think CDMA LTE) it worked for a while and then the phone had no provider when I returned to my home area, there was a pop up asking to return to Global which I did and I got phone service back but still no internet. Best Buy had the best customer service in this whole experience, they tried to fix it by updating the software but the problem remained, thankfully they allowed me to return the phone as I was on the 14th day. I wasted a LOT of our time and gas on the phone making 4 trips to the larger city 18 miles away, bought a screen saver and a case (not from BB) which I can't return. I'm not happy with Verizon / Samsung because they apparently don't advise of this problem, the only way I was able to find out was to buy the phone and then once YOU identify the problem you can Google it and there it all is - complaints from customers, but nothing came up in reviews or any search I did about the phone directly before purchasing. Since the phone has been out a year, why wasn't Verizon at least able to advise / diagnose the issue immediately let alone after several requests? And Samsung, why can't this phone be switched to LTE like the iPhone - (which I found out does work from a customer while at the Verizon store) But even then Verizon didn't say - this phone will NOT work for you as apparently it won't, at this point, is it even possible they weren't aware of the real issue? I can only guess that is why I got the feeling they just wanted me out of there. Bottom line be leery if you live in an area with little 5G coverage because you may have no control over if / when your internet will work, and buy your peripherals from Best Buy so you can return them also if you get a bum deal like this. I will NOT consider another Samsung until this problem is documented as fixed and who knows, maybe by then I'll be as happy with iPhone (at least it works) as I once was with Samsung. I'll also be looking for a carrier that doesn't patronize me by saying meaningless nice things that count for nothing if the service doesn't work and you don't advise or diagnose appropriately. Ultimately allowing the customer to waste money and effort while going without service well paid for - honestly, after a year do they not know......is that possible?

Very nice, put it on the wall behind our laundry room door, Fits loads of cleaning supplies, spray bottles etc. Wish I’d though about splitting the mount bars a bit as it would have allowed even more storage, must pay attention to where the screws go into the wall which inhibits the ability to put the baskets in where the screws are. Space them apart and no worries!

A stand out refrigerator with the largest capacity in this size range. The in door ice maker provides lots of additional freezer shelf space and room for two slide out freezer baskets. On the fridge side there are two good sized slide out fruit / veggie storage containers and an over-sized deli draw. Five adjustable extra deep door shelves for milk and bottle storage. No other competitors could match these practical storage features or offered the same usable space in this price range. The finish and quality is great. The door panels are real metal, not a look alike fo plastic and fridge magnets actually stick to it which is a feature my kids make use of to proudly display their art work and brighten the kitchen. The door surface is easily cleaned with a light spray of Windex and wipe with a paper towel. I really like the bright white internal LED lighting as well as the easy to use door and dispenser controls. The extra tall dispensing ports let you fill long sports water bottles. I like the size of the ice cubes, not to huge. I did buy this during a big Memorial Day appliance sale and the pricing intensives made choosing this fridge a slam dunk. So look out for special deals.

Appreciate all the comments regarding this issue, I nearly bought this refrigerator, SO glad I didn't. What a sad commentary for an American made product to not be supported by the manufacturer and yet still be made with no improvement or fix such a serious problem. Why buy a refrigerator with an ice maker and dispenser if it's going to break????

Does it have capability for an ice maker?
I believe there is an ice maker available to install. We bought this for a second fridge in the garage. I find the freezer adequate for my purposes but an ice maker would take up more space than it would be worth for us. We do love the fridge - it's small and takes up much less space than our previous one. Maybe you could take the measurements off the specs for both the ice maker and freezer and determine how much space you'd have left to see if it works for your needs if someone with an ice maker installed doesn't answer.

Has the case been updated to allow for pen charging? I see where some reviews say they had to modify and some say there is a place for it? Thanks!
I'm answering my own question as I bought the case to protect the iPad. The pen will most definitely charge and be held in place given the groove provided in the case and the extra tab to ensure it doesn't fall out. I have not had any luck with charging the pen thru the case with a silicone pen protector though, and I wouldn't trust the magnet to hold it in place without the tab being folded over it IF it has the silicone pen protector. So bottom line is it works flawlessly without a pen cover. I just take my pen cover off to charge when it runs out.....for now.
