This chair feels nice but has many shortcomings.
I'm male, 6'0", 190lbs, athlete body type for size reference.
Pros: the rolling balls feel good where they manage to make contact.
Cons: the foot rest uses springs to contract to their shortest possible position. To get the foot rest to extend you have to push and hold it down with you feet which is distracting while trying to relax.
The rolling balls do not get anywhere near the neck or upper shoulders.
The forearm and calf areas do not have rollers, they have airbags that inflate and deflate. Getting squeezed is not a massage nor is it necessarily relaxing.
