Flimsy tray

I am taking this back for a refund. The tray that holds the disk is very flimsy and you have to press the disk into the center spindle and then pull it off to remove the disk. What ever happened to the simple trays that you would just set the disk into the tray?

I must have got a lemon. This laptop is so slow. The screen is fuzzy, I have changed all display settings and still not any better. I wish I would have used the laptop before the 14 days but didn't need it during that time and now I am stuck with it.

Odd that you did not use the laptop when you first purchased it. You still have the one year warranty with HP to get it fixed if there really is something wrong with your laptop.

I have purchased over 200 PC's in my 30+ And over 10 in the last 90 days
Question is Bill Gates happy: with the new Laptop's with windows 10 that are soooo slow... fresh out of the box any of my very old windows 95 were faster. It seems to a outsider they are pushing everyone to Chrome Book which are less expensive.
It seems every command to open Outlook or any Microsoft program there is a 2 to 4 min wait?

Reading all the Q&A, it looks like the 180W power supply is the only downside. I don't do any gaming but do watch an occasional video or movie. So, is 180W good enough?

Would this PC be a good candidate for business? Can it perform and maintain speed when multiple spreadsheets are open, word docs and PPT development at the same time and then still search web and have email up and running? Can you expand ram and speed?
I would and did add more memory to my computer. There are two slots for memory (RAM). It comes with the 8GB memory (Samsung, Model # M378A1K43DB2-CTD). I added the Samsung 16GB memory (model # M378A2K43CB1-CTD). Now my new computer is lighting fast with the i7 CPU and 24GB memory.
