Great packaging but same bad transfer from 2019

Great packaging, epic movie but the description from Lionsgate says it’s a new transfer supervised by James Cameron which made me think it was better than the notoriously bad transfer from a couple years ago. Unfortunately it’s the same one with lots of oversmoothing and unnecessary stuff like that.

Somehow I missed this one until recently but I’m glad I saw it. It’s one of the best Disney movies alongside Moana and Inside Out if you ask me. The steelbook is legit; great design.

Great movie, great packaging

Great movie, great packaging. Very nice addition to the collection. What more can I say? The movie isn’t for everyone I guess but it’s well made. If you liked the style of Blade Runner 2049 (which I did) then it’ll feel very familiar here. Also keep in mind it’s part one (of two I think) so it doesn’t really tie everything up at the end which some people get kind of upset about.

I love these things. They are pretty powerful but not nearly as powerful as a typical strobe flash. You’ve gotta get pretty close to your subject or be in a dark area to really see a big difference. But they are awesome and really enhance your photos without taking up much space in your bag.

Great Season but no Commentary

I enjoyed this season quite a bit. I’m able to stream these so honestly the only reason I buy the South Park DVDs still is because the commentary is so entertaining. Well that and the fact that I have all the others and kinda hate to have gaps in the collection. But they didn’t do a commentary track on this season so... I guess I’ll remember to check that before I buy anymore South Park box sets.
