How do we get the free install of Windows 10 Home Edition instead of the pre-installed Windows 10 in S mode?
Go to settings, then to update & security, then on the left go to activation. See Switch to Windows Home 10, click on go to store. It says Switch Out of S mode, Go to free and click GET. I did that when I first got the laptop. I had to call and they walked me thru it. Good luck.
