It's hard to argue that the film is controversial, but most of the complaints are unwarranted and ignorant. This is a beautiful tale of learning to get up from loss and failure, to accepting imperfection as a quality in oneself and others, and supporting those whose strengths surpass our own. There is no greater Jedi move than peaceful self-sacrifice for the greater good.
