Don’t waste your money!

I purchased this headset a while ago.. thank god I bought the warranty for it.. Worked fine at first then it seems like Turtle Beach just gives up on updates for it, it would unpairs to my Xbox series X and I would lose microphone ability during gaming. When I tried to update it via the app on my phone it told me to use the computer.. when I downloaded the update feature to my computer it kept booting me out of the program so I was unable to update via computer as well.. so I took them back and bought Steel Series Arctis 9X wireless which is a top-notch product! Turtle Beach is not great with customer service.. I had a $300 Ear Force Elite 800X Premium headset from them.. when the headband broke (Poor design on the headband) I asked if I can send it in for service repair on the head band and they told me no.. to buy a brand new pair for an additional $300 SMH! Should’ve learned my lesson then.

Love this headset very light on your head and comfortable on the ears after an hour or so of use, sound quality is great and it works well pairing to my iPhone and pair's easily with my Xbox series X! So happy to have made the switch from Turtle Beach.. to the Steel Series Arctis 9X up to 20 feet in range when using this device and up to 20 hours a battery life you can’t beat it! Microphone quality is top notch never have any complaints with anybody understanding what I’m saying and the fact that it is wireless is awesome!

Works well seems a little flimsy but held by iPhone nicely. I would definitely recommend it a lot of tilt style options available with this one. Just a heads up find a good spot on the window if you plan on sticking it to the window that works for you before tearing off that backing it has a glue like substance that sticks to the glass.

I’ve owned plenty of headsets for gaming devices and this is by far one of the most comfortable headsets to game with, it comes with three presets so I’m sure you’ll find one you’re comfortable with Also has a chat volume and game volume selector so you can find a comfortable mix between hearing your friends and hearing the game and the main volume dial in the center. It’s packed with a lot of stuff for a decent price also comes with a cord so you can plug your headset to your phone devices but you’ll need an adapter cable for your newer iPhone models.
