At $2K one would certainly expect an espresso machine that does it all and I believe that would be a fairly accurate description of the Breville Oracle Jet.
This is the perfect machine for all levels of home baristas!
Upon setup and power-on, it walks the user through dialing in the grind settings to obtain the perfectly timed shot for the very best espresso experience.
Too course a grind, and it brews too quickly resulting in a flat tasting, under extracted sour espresso.
Too fine of a grind will result in a slow brew and a harsh , bitter, overly extracted espresso.
With the Oracle's brewing guidance, it keeps track of the pre-infusion time and overall brew time, then it suggests either a finer or courser grind to dial in the optimal shot of espresso!
This is a single boiler system, so extraction of espresso and frothing of milk/cream must be done separately and can be fully automated with one step following the next once the chosen recipe is executed. I prefer my milk froth to settle a bit, so I override the order and execute that step first, followed by the espresso brewing.
Speaking of recipes this thing is loaded and with a quick firmware update (once connected to Wi-Fi) it brings even more.
Espresso, Americano, latte, cappuccino, flat white, the list goes on and on. It even allows for cold brewing of many, lengthening out water to coffee exposure to compensate for the lower temperature water!
This is easy enough for my daughter & wife to use, however both are still intimidated by it (I'm working on getting them in on the fun).
It grinds, tamps, brews and froths as automatically as one would want. The only thing for the home barista to do is to select the recipe, ensure that the hopper has beans, the water tank is full, and that they move the 58mm portafilter from the grinder/tamper to the brew head!
We have used this almost daily since unboxing it two weeks ago.
It's expensive, but if one is to build their dream (non professional level) espresso bar, it's the perfect place to start!

Forget about connecting to a mesh Wi-Fi network!

Outstanding batch pour-over coffee with a 10-cup carafe (Fellow defines a cup as 5 ounces).
Connecting to a modern mesh Wi-Fi network is, at best, problematic, making the upgrading of any available firmware (containing fixes and newly added features) also problematic (a chicken or egg scenario).
Brew time for a full carafe is just under nine minutes.
It comes with a large basket for batch brewing and a smaller cone-shaped basket for individual cup brewing.
For those who know coffee and want to be about to dial-in their brewing preferences, they can set water temperature, bloom time, number of water pulses as well as the pause time between pulses.
It is very versatile for pros and has user friendly "guided brew mode" for those who just want their morning caffeine fix.
UnIt's build is rather cheap for the price. I suspect the price of the unit covers the brains and development.

One other thing that leaves room for improvement is how the control for the medium/large burner is designed. Turn in one direction for one sized burner, and the other direction for the other sized burner. It's an adjustment that we will get used to

Easy to install wireless adaptor

This product was harder to unbox than it was to install.
- Plugged it into my 2020 Ford Fusion's USB port
- Paired with my phone's Bluetooth (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra)
- Switched my Ford Sync 3 source to Android Auto and accepted/allowed access to my phone
- Customized the layout of my phone apps (iHeartRadio, YouTube Music, Phone, Waze, etc.)
- Select phone application of choice
- Enjoy wireless entertainment
- Paired with my phone's Bluetooth (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra)
- Switched my Ford Sync 3 source to Android Auto and accepted/allowed access to my phone

Something to also keep in mind is that higher/faster frequencies do not travel as far as lower, slower frequencies so while it may cover that volume of space, it will likely not do it with consistent speeds.
I have a 3,800 sq ft home with the primary Asus ROG Rapture GT-BE98 Pro located in the basement mechanical room where cable distribution is located.
It reaches to the upper floor of our home, however the signal is weak with two floors between.
It was for this reason that I purchased a secondary Asus ROG Rapture GT-BE98 Pro, which is connected as an AI mesh node, to provide a solid signal to every corner of my home, on every level.
This router may not be the best for you. You may wish to look at Wi-Fi 7 capable mesh Wi-Fi which will certainly cover your space more efficiently.
