After purchasing this external hard drive based on a hurried employee's recommendation, I went home and found out that it had to be re formatted to work with my MacBook. I returned it and upgraded to a My Passport Ultra for Mac which is pre formatted for MacBook

Excellent size small freezer: Not too small, but neither is it too large. Truth be told, we now own 2 of this exact same freezer. We use one for larger more bulky cuts of meat ie turkeys, ribs, etc, and the other we use for more stackable foods. We love the freezers and were fortunate to be able to get one within about 6 weeks of ordering. It was very hard to find and we were tickled that BB was able to get one.

Apple no longer includes the charging cube with their $1000 iPhone. You have to pay an extra $20. OH, but they do give you the cord to attach to the cube! LOL. The cube works fine, but it seems this is a petty way to save Apple a few coins.

What is the noise level in decibels? Does is come with an attachable drain hose for defrosting?
I never hear the freezer running so it's very quiet. Does not come with a drain hose. My wife defrosts by un plugging the freezer, using hair dryer to dislodge the frost and ice, and scooping it out. She then uses towels to soak up any remaining water. It takes all of 15 minutes to defrost our freezer after we empty it and unplug it. No need for the drain to be used in my opinion.

Why does Best Buy site list this as "Unavailable Nearby"? Is this an inventory issue, or is the model not in production or discontinued? I ask because the size, features and price best match my needs. Can you help? Thanks.
We ordered one on December 30. It had been previously out of stock, but showed up one day so I ordered it. It was supposed to be delivered late January, but was back ordered. It was finally delivered in early February. I would suggest checking every day and you might get lucky like I did. I even got free shipping to home. Be patient and persistent and you'll eventually get your freezer.
