Great little device for your bedroom

I needed a alarm clock that I could set different reoccurring alarms for each day of the week. My work hours differ depending on the day of the week. And yes my phone can do this but I can never find that thing half the time. When I first heard about this "Smart Clock" I knew this was the answer and wow was it. With a little customizing I got it to work the way I needed it to. Its basically a google home mini with a 4" display. Once you have it setup the way you want it you can just leave it and yell at it to add or remove any alarms you need going forward. I made list of pros and cons based on my usage and experience.
Pros:
Can change the clock face.
Some clock faces have weather as well.
Can add custom alarms to your hearts content.
Has built in google assistant.
Has hardware switch to disable microphone.
Has wireless AC support.
Can just tap it to snooze or turn off alarm. No fumbling for a button when half asleep.
Display can auto adjust based on brightness (not on by default). Its the opposite of a phone. Darker room dims the display. Brighter room brightens it up.
Different alarm tones.
Alarm tones start low and get louder until alarm is stopped.
Plays music and displays album art on display.
Microphones work really well.
Can make phone calls.
Touch screen display.
Display has a nice range of brightness and darkness.
All settings are saved upon a restart or power outage.
Has usb port that can be used to charge devices.
Receives firmware updates via wifi.

I personally think this is a fantastic addition to the bedroom. It has officially replaced my "dumb" alarm clock and have been using it daily. I hope Lenovo continues to update the software and add additional features, clock faces, and alarm tones.

Take on new challenges with the old Kong crew when you play Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze for Nintendo Switch. Most underrated phone of 2018

This is a fantastic phone by motorola. It is the highest end phone you can get from motorola this year. Thank you moto for not making a $1000 phone for the year like most companies do. Yes it supports moto mods but forget that fact for a min and just take the phone as is without the mods. You get a super fast phone with almost stock android which also includes all the great features that moto has added; active display, face unlock, gesture navigation, chop for flashlight, twist for camera, and so much more.
Yes it has last years processor and it has gorilla glass 3 instead of 5 but who cares when you see the price. Also the speed difference between this years snapdragon and last years is so minor there really is no reason to get the new processor. Its not really much of an upgrade to begin with. So why pay hundreds more for such a small bump. Also the camera is really not that bad. I was very impressed by its photos so far. As for battery I can easily go two days on a charge. Right now I'm typically charging it at the end of day two or sometimes the third day!

I really thought the camera was going to be a lot better than it is. I am disappoint and think the one on my old phone was just as good. On this one you have to touch a certain spot to take a picture and on my old one you could touch anywhere on the screen that worked out a lot better. The only reason I got this new phone is my old Motorola Droid battery was not staying charged and I hope this one will not do the same thing in time.
