mounted and as you’ll quickly learn on google help due to a design flaw google refuses to address, many of these doorbells will always say they’re dismounted even if they’re perfectly mounted. Avoid this piece of garbage and save yourself the frustration. This piece of trash is getting returned today.

The ice maker stopped working after a month. I don’t know why but produce rots in the crisper drawer faster than I’ve ever seen. The design of the fridge is terrible and the bottom drawers are impossible to open. I also didn’t consider at the time that a fridge this deep means things get buried easily. The “smart feature” does not work. It’s blatantly misadvertised. I deeply regret buying this horrible fridge.

It’s all about the bass

The soundbar itself is excellent with clear vocals coming through. However the subwoofer is weak. It’s a significant downgrade from their older cheaper models. I am trying to find a way to connect
my old Polk woofer to this soundbar but so far have not succeeded.

Why is this advertised as a “smart” refrigerator with app compatibility when it isn’t a model that connects to the LG ThinQ app? The only thing “smart” about it seems to be the smart diagnosis feature, and they don’t give adequate instructions on that.
I don’t have an answer, but I would like to echo that there is no way to connect this refrigerator to the ThinQ app. QR codes don’t work. “Locate device” doesn’t work. Adding via Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Manual add doesn’t work.
