If your PC is in the Corsair ecosystem this will be a good device for controlling Corsair fans and argb. iCue software is required though it's a pretty good reliable software.

It depends on the connection type of the RGB/aRGB devices you plan on using. I made my own with spare connectors I had from previous builds. Watch this YouTube video which should be helpful. Corsair Lighting Node hacks for non-corsair RGB devices.
