The D&D steel book is really nice, except for the rear panel, it's a little plain. The video is great, and the audio is solid (Atmos track), and while I wanted more features, the ones included are still good and fun to watch. Great pick up!

I didn't think Lionsgate could improve on the blu ray (and visually they both seem neck and neck) but the audio is near flawless. And some added supplements are nice additions - as is the nice box art. Definitely worth a pick up for it's technical merits alone (as well as the film itself).

This was not at all what I was expecting; I'm a PTA fan and went in a little blind but was pleasantly surprised. Paul shot the film gorgeously and the performances are top notch - the bu ray transfer is beautiful as well. The audio is top notch and score is fantastic. I wish the supplements offered a little more but the package looks and sounds great, fitting for a great film.

If you loved the first several THPS games (before Underground series) you're going to love this. It feels just as good and fun to control, albeit even better. They brought over the reverts, wall slaps and other mechanics from part 3 and 4 and rolled them into here. The sound track is amazing, the collectibles are fun and it's a great game to just pick up for a few minutes if you need to kill time. I was thoroughly impressed and it tickled every nostalgia bone I had.

The statue is huge, which is awesome. Some collector's editions come with small statues or cheap feeling ones, this one is hefty and feels good. The steel book is cool, the art book is nice and the small details are great (stickers and pins). My only knock is the sculpt of the statue in Ellie's face. I've seen a few decent ones online and some bad ones but mine was in the middle. The paint just in the face doesn't help so I'll have to touch it up myself.
A spectacular reimagining of one of the most visionary games ever, FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE rebuilds the legendary RPG for today. The first game in the FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE project, delivering a level of depth inconceivable for the original. Mind-blowing story, unforgettable characters, epic battles and technical excellence collide. The world has fallen under the control of the Shinra Electric Power Company, a shadowy corporation controlling the planet's very life force as mako energy. In the sprawling city of Midgar, an anti-Shinra organization calling themselves Avalanche have stepped up their resistance. Cloud Strife, a former member of Shinra's elite SOLDIER unit now turned mercenary, lends his aid to the group, unaware of the epic consequences that await him.

I'm loving this remake! Everything is fleshed out and deeper than I expected. It looks great (the leads are stellar, secondary characters and deep BG assets are quite flat though), and it really hits that nostalgia bone for fans of the original. I'm especially surprised at how long it is; I'm 20 hours in and still just at chapter 10 of 18. The art book and steel-case are pretty and look good on the shelf. Definitely worth the buy for new fans and old...

I was already a fan of the Safdie Brothers (because of their film, Good Time) so I was looking forward to this one. This movie is insanely stressful in it's presentation and direction and never lets off the gas. You're following a jewel dealer (and overall horrible person) during his day to day escapes and trouble he gets into. Not for the faint of heart but deserves to be given a shot - something original in an era when sequels and comic book movies dominate, this was a refreshing breathe of hectic air.

The quality of the transfer is great - image quality and sound are top notch. Decent amount of features as well, it's a good buy. If you're a fan of the Wick films then this is a must have for the collection.

The red Vinyl is great and gorgeous. This is a great soundtrack and great for any fan of the game and it's music and the sound quality is great. Crossing my fingers they give the score a treatment like this.

I'll be the first to admit, I don't buy into the 4K Blu Ray train as fast as some people. Some movies don't NEED to be in 4K, a regular Blu Ray suffices and in some cases a Blu Ray is even too clean of a picture - exposing things (looking at you The Wizard of Oz). But this is one of my favorite movies (with one casting exception) so I had to triple dip. The transfer really sings, it's gorgeous, it doesn't expose any tricks or hide hides with the make ups or other effects. The sound is great and mixed well, I don't have to turn up the audio when it's just dialogue and turn it down when it's louder moments. Overall a really good transfer of a really good movie and if you can get it on sale, 15 bucks for it is a perfect price - especially since you get the digital copy and standard blu ray.
