Bent shelf with wide rod spaces

The metal extendable shelf arrived in a torn up box. Part of the outer frame rod was bent. Fortunately I was able to bend it back to look straight. The larger seasoning bottles sit well on the shelf, but sometimes the smaller bottles fall between the shelf rods when not carefully placed back. I’m not using the extendable shelf since the width of the outer shelf is sufficient.

Anyone else have theirs recalled, with a bunch of hoops to navigate to replace it, at twice the price?...they got me X2.
Try checking other stores and online for price match if you didn’t buy the replacement too long ago. I actually got my replacement model when it appeared in a Deal of the Day sale. I sent the recalled one back after I made sure the replacement worked properly. Hopefully the recall e-credit shows up soon so I can use it with rewards certificates on a future purchase. It really should’ve been an original purchase method refund, instead of BB e-credit. Good luck with your purchase.

How do you determine what temperature you are setting between the temperatures marked on the dial?
Each line up to 180 degrees is in increments of 22.5 degrees each. There are 8 lines leading up to 180 degrees. (180 divided by 8 equals 22.5). The half way marks between 180 to 280 degrees are in 25 degree increments. After 280 degrees they are 20 degree increments up to 400 degrees max temperature. Hope this helps.
