I love this TV. I’ve had LG C1 and C2 and after a move I decided to upgrade to the G4. I’ve always liked the G series but price kept me away from it. Since the 5 is due out this year, the G4 was on sale so I went for it. Great TV and you can tell the difference from the C4 which I also have.

These stands are heavy and appear well made. I like that the cord is well hidden, even the base has a good storage area for excess cord. The top holds the speaker in place and the stand is stable so it’s not easy to knock it over. Yes they are pricey but what Sonos product isn’t. You could find something cheaper to use but it wouldn’t be specifically made for the speakers.

The only thing I’m not pleased with is the size of the cable, thickness and length that’s comes out of the bottom plug to connect to a wall outlet. I wish it was smaller.

The last TV wall mount I had was fixed and very close to the wall. That looks great but when you need to change a cable hook up, it makes it hard to get your hand in there. This adjustable one works great. It’s still pretty close to the wall when pushed back but allows you to tilt, pivot, or just pull out for access.

I already had the C1 for the bedroom and wanted a bigger one for the family room. I viewed both the G2 & C2 in the store, side by side with the same picture. I really couldn’t see the difference in the quality of the shows. For me, it was not worth the price difference for the G2. The C1 is a great TV and this C2 is a little better.

I bought a simple 1 Gang hole saw brush plate from Home Depot. It’s small and works well since you only have 2 cables to deal with. The best part is you don’t need a box behind the wall. This has a flip up piece on the top and bottom that comes out behind the drywall to secure the box.

I usually use coffee creamer in my regular coffee, how does the frother work with creamer and one comment recommend using unpasteurized goat milk, is that true? What does the frother do? BTW I do not drink milk at all, will it be a thing to get
We use coffe mate creamer and put it in the cup before the coffee comes out, that way you know how much coffee for the cup. As for the frother, you don’t have to use it but if you do, just make sure you have less coffee and creamer in your cup before using it. We use regular mike or chocolate milk. When it spins, the milk does foam up which is the frothing part. I guess you could put whatever you wanted to in it and try it. I don’t see why you couldn’t just put the coffee creamer in it and try that.
