Works Great the 4K visual clarity is awesome. I literally had this installed at the BestBuy mobile shop at the mall and then as I was leaving the mall and making a right turn at a red light the person behind me rear ended me and this thing paid for it self as it proved to both the police and the insurance company that I stopped at the red light first (and it captured that the guy almost hit me then) and then I only started moving up slowly to make the turn and was stopped until the way was clear when the guy behind me just floors it and hit my car. I only gave it 4 stars because then whole connecting to it via the app only works while in vecinity to it can be problematic but they are coming out with an add-on to give you cellular access anywhere remotely to it. When that comes out then I will consider it a 5 star.

Just OK does the job but has design flaws

I so expected this to be great BUT the first problem is the two outlet plugs are just a tiny bit too close to each other that you can not fit two apple charging blocks in then at the same time :(. The second problem is this thing is so light that if you have it lying flat it just falls over even if you only have one charging block plugged in to it. Other than these two flaws it doe its job and I only use it with my charging cables and do not plug anything into the outlets as it will cause the whole station to roll over :(

Poor MagSafe Attraction

The construction feels flimsy the plastic is very thin on the charge surface so lost a star there and more importantly the MagSafe connection is very weak. I was surprised how weak the magnetic connection is this battery will not stay on your phone if you lift it up. The key distinction is they list this as a "Magnetic" charger that works with MagSafe products. Every "MagSafe" charger I have has a very strong magnetic connection and this one does not so another star deducted. If Energizer actually used a strong "MagSafe" magnet then I would give this 5 stars for sure but for now its only good to use as a portable charge pad. You can't hold your phone and can not put it in your pocket or bag to charge as the magnet is too weak to keep the phone connected to it unless its lying stationary on a flat surface.

I am not going to go into all the pros and cons just one con that really knocked off two stars for me. The APPS or lack there of. After doing the update it only really has youtube, netflix, and fangangonow (replaced Vudu) but they removed Hulu and there is no way to ADD more apps really wanted to add my Disney+ and Movies Anywhere Apps and Hulu of course so I don't really consider this a REAL streaming player otherwise it does play my UHD discs just fine on my 4K TV.

Poorly manufactured fill hoses. The first set had leaks on 3 of the connection ends. Then I exchanged them for another set and that one only had one leak. My plumber said that brand was poorly manufactured in china and 3 out 4 chance of leaks out of the box. So I ended up returning them and buying a new set from home depot no leaks first try.

Well, This is my first time using this product. I purchased it for the Hurricane that is suppose to hit this Weekend.
So far I found it did not come with any instructions so I was confused how it works and how I am suppose to charge it.
I have no idea how much Charge it has or the level of charge.
The other thing is I needed it to charge my iphone 7 Plus but it came with the wrong Charging Cable.
It is just a USB on both sides.
The Best Buy Tech told me it would charge my iphone.

Yes it comes with a double ended USB cable because you need to provide your own charging cable from your device and your USB end will not fin in the Luci Pro you have to use theirs to bridge the cables

This is not really outdated it has been replaced by the newer $79 SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) model which is still really the same hardware but it is dark grey case now. NetGear still sells the older Blue model on their own website the only thing that has changed in the status of this product is that there is no longer Lifetime-Limited Warranty it is now on a 3 year Warranty. So Best Buy just needs to update that info.

BUYER BEWARE...Looks great and was easy enough put together BUT and this is a BIG BUT... the foam they use in this chair is no good just after 1 week of use it is permanently dented. First the foam is firm and hard then over time it loses is shape my right armrest is now permanently dented where my elbow rests and its not just a little dent it is flat in that spot and its not like I was leaning on it with all my weight. My son's cheaper Staples Gaming chair uses a much better foam that does not lose its shape. They should be using a memory foam in these chairs for the price they are charging.

OK the armrest is completely uncomfortable and useless now. My first mistake was not returning this to Best Buy after that first week I had 45 days to do so. So now because this chair has a 2 year warranty I am going to try and contact Arozzi support and see about replacing the armrests as both are flat and the right side armrest is almost completely flattened where I can now feel the bolts underneath digging into my arm. The the gaming chair I got for my son from Staples for $99 has way better foam in it and two years later still soft and keeps is shape.

I thought this was by far the best response from a manufacturer that show how clueless they are...they thought this computer was a laptop and its an AMD processor system and they are telling him to update the Intel Software.

After almost no use, and within 2 months of purchase, the head set failed to connect to the mic. I went to razer tech support site, seems this is an issue with the usb dongle. Even in the razer synapses ect, it would crash when click on the head set. I tried everything I could search and tried all possible solutions on the net and nothing helped. Worst money I ever spent.

For Razer Synapse problem I had the same issue but I found if you uninstalled ALL the Razer software then reinstalled it that fixes those problems....and as I added more Razer Chroma capable devices I had to do the same....like I bought the Headset stand and when I tried to program the colors in Chroma the Synapse kept crashing every few seconds after I tried to change things BUT after Uninstall ALL Razer software and reinstall it worked fine.
