Excellent so far for the price. I used this to replace a sound bar in my bedroom that quit working. I decided I wanted to be able to listen to music as well in my bedroom and I tried a few other sound bars and just wasn't satisfied with the sound for music. I bought this system and replaced the front speakers with some Sony SSCS5 speakers that I bought for $75 and this configuration sounds really good in my bedroom.

Excellent value for the price. I purchased a few sound bars (even a Samsung @ $800 and wasn't satisfied with the sound when playing music. They were fine for TV and movies but I listen to music in my bedroom as well. So I decided to give this one a shot and have not been disappointed. I knew the 2 front speakers were probably not going to be sufficient for 2 channel music so I knew up front I would be replacing them with some Sony SSCS5 bookshelf speakers that I already have. This setup with the Sony speakers sound really good. The Sony speakers are probably the best value for any small bookshelf speakers on the planet right now.

Really good so far. It has very good quality video and audio. It is pretty minimalist as far as using it a a media player. I think it only has 4 built in apps and you can't install new ones. I think maybe Sony is realizing that is not what people use blu-ray players for anyway.

It has a handy speaker selector for switching between the sound output terminals, and it uses Bluetooth for wireless connectivity. I bought a Klipsch R-125W last Black Friday and have been using it on my home theater surround system in my man cave. It was way too much for there, but I kept it there until today. I bought Polk TSi200 speakers two days ago for use in my home office, where my wife and I both work. The amplifier I was using just wasn't powerful enough for those Polk speakers so the last two days I have been doing a ton of research for an affordable yet powerful and clean amp/receiver. I convinced my wife that I would pull up the Klipsch sub from my man cave if we could get a better receiver for the office. Tonight we went to Best Buy and bought this receiver. I got home and hooked it up to the sub and two bookshelf speakers and WOW!!! Literally I have to keep the gain on the sub way down and not turn up the bass on this receiver. The Polk speakers sound amazing and I hear things in songs I haven't heard before. The sub pounds crazy loud if/when I want it to. We are running it through Bluetooth to one of our PC's that is using a common music streaming service and it sounds AMAZING!!! If you just need 2 to 4 speakers and a sub then this is flat out the best bang for the buck I could find and am so glad the wife said yes!

This really doesn't look 2.125" wide. The picture looks more like 8.675" wide and 2.125 " tall
