The first vent hose installed was too long and ended up crimping making the dryer inoperable. Rather than ordering a new shorter hose, I was required to order a replacement of the dryer. Made no sense. But delivery guys were smart enough to just replace the hose.

The exhaust hose is too long. It crimped and now I get a message that it is 80% blocked. I contacted Customer Support and was told to contact LG. This is an installation issue, not a dryer issue. Please have someone contact me.
