I purchased a 55 Inch Insignia 4k smart tv less than 1 1/2 years ago. The tv will only get a black screen now. I called Best Buy support and they pretty much told me that I should have purchased and extended warranty and they could not assist me. I was transferred several times and even hung up on. Since when does a TV last no more than 1 1/2 years? I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN ANOTHER BEST BUY EVER!

I just recently went through the same thing with my tv. Black screen and I only had it for 2 yrs. Best Buy told me the same thing I don’t have an extended warranty. This tv should not give out within a yr a half to a two year period. What can be done to get it fixed?
