Have a new construction home and when the Best Buy installers came out they found that the builders had placed the wrong dryer electrical outlet. The installers were very kind and helpful. They left the machines and gave us the information for the builder’s electrician to replace the outlet. They then returned, free of charge, and completed the install. Very pleased!
