The quality of this machine for the money is very good. However it takes quite a bit of preparation and practice to get a consistent cup.
It is fully functional for the barista, but for us less than experienced people maybe not the right machine.

How does the TV work while watching a movie from a DVD or Blueray player, sound quality and lag time??
Depends on the equipment and connectors in your setup. For me the picture is of good quality and while using the DVD/ Blu-Ray player at our business I experienced no lag. We used an Insignia sound bar and a Samsung Blu-Ray player. The play back is average and acceptable, especially when you consider the price.
