Best Buy installed it on the day promised. They contacted me with a reminder and approximate time the day before. In addition, they called me an hour before arriving telling me when they would be here. Installation was done quickly. The only criticism is that we had to wait three working days for delivery.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

Good but could use some improvements. Too easy to accidentally turn on the controls while walking by and brushing against the washer. Also door is so large that a laundry basket will only fit under it when the door is open. Does a good job in washing clothes. Relatively quiet.
