Delivery personnel made it look easy - huge machine, could have been a disaster if tried to carry myself... Install of hoses was a liitle too quick, I gladly would have waited an extra five minutes to have it done neatly- sloppy and tangled mess of hoses and water outlet not attached correctly - redid later

Delivery personnel did good job hauling dryer down stairs - glad it was not me - install job seemed a little rushed , vent had an unneeded elbow in the middle, I moved the elbow down to attach to the dryer outlet and rest of the vent to the air outlet

the Steam cycle works well, the clothes really come out fresh... dryer has a bit of difficulty drying large items like comforters - it seems to tangle the item up into a ball... Upper dryer has seen limited use but does decent job on small load of gym/workout type clothes - wish the upper dryer had steam. Lint filter has a door that was found in the bottom of the vent a few days ago appears to have been delivered broken .

Decent buy so far

Seems to Clean well so far - rinses out all soap completely even on normal wash cycle. Longest cycle steam presoak extra rinse is a little long at 3.5 hrs, little washer on top has been good for socks but it does catch the steam from lower washer if leave upper door closed - no hot cycle on top washer - replaces Lg brand that was nothing but trouble from the beginning

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.
