I LOVE this machine. I’ve had it since late 2020 and it runs as great as day 1. Took some experimentation to get the settings right and you have to adjust the grind based on the beans but other than that I feel like a pro and have been making delicious espressos, lattes, americanos, and shaken espressos which has almost entirely replaced my afternoon adventures to the “astral male deers” at least twice a week.

Been using the lock consistently for about 2 weeks, I rarely carry a key any more and it has been so easy to use my phone or other smart things to unlock the door hands free. I also love that the lock remains available as a completely manual lock (and looks like such from outside) so I don’t have to worry about batteries dying or loss of Wi-Fi and being locked out. I did have to adjust my door fittings to get a good clearance for the deadbolt.

Installers were visibly exhausted when they arrived and had an overall labored attitude during the install. It sounds like the working conditions (long hours) make the end of day installations a physical challenge but I will give them credit for getting the job done including some improvisation needed due to the awful "standard" dryer vent connector that did not work well in my space. It sounds like this is a very frequent issue to which Best Buy has not provided a great solution.

My dryer is in an upstairs laundry closet that was just built so it is designed for modern appliances. Upon ordering my dryer the salesperson informed me I must order this vent for the install.
On installation day, the installer stated the dryer would have to sit 18inch from the wall to use this vent (obviously not allowing the appliance to fit in the closet). He suggested I buy a flexible vent and have them come back to reinstall it - but that great part is that Best Buy doesn't sell a flexible vent. The installer ended up improvising and getting the dryer to fit but it's clear there is an issue somewhere if Best Buy installers are recommending something Best Buy doesn't sell.
I would highly suggest Best Buy invest in more installation options and have those options on the truck so installation personnel can troubleshoot installs and prevent multiple visits. I would have had no problem paying for additional materials to get the install right the first time.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

This is my first front loading washer and I like it so far. I like the ease of the detergent drawer.
The feature I really like, which I was informed of by the best buy salesperson is that you can keep the door cracked open but still secured in place. I have no idea how it works but its some sort of invisible latch and helps dissuade my initial worries about having to keep the front load open to prevent moisture issues.
