I've been a fan of this movie since I was a child, I've owned the DVD, Blu-ray, and now the 4k UHD Blu-ray. They did remove some grain but enough is there to retain the feel, the expanded color and high dynamic range is excellent. Overall it's a feast for your eyes but what about your ears? The only disappointment is it's a standard 5.1 track, which they mixed an Atmos track and the bass is severely lacking throughout the movie but even still I highly recommend this be on your purchase list.

The ATMOS track is superb for a movie this old, the expanded sound stage and the use of transition of sound from above you is thrilling, like when the jets are flying all around the transition of sound as the planes pass over, pass by, or move from base speakers to overhead speakers is incredible. As I said the ATMOS track alone is reason enough to buy this movie. I highly recommend this be on your purchase list.

This movie I feel was greatly underrated. It is so different from the normal Hollywood cookie cutter plots and themes. Its a refreshing unique change with stunning cinematic visuals and scenery and the sound track is perfection.

This movie should have one best picture. It is perfectly filmed and perfectly balanced. Documentary turned Hollywood story is an amazing story of the Ford versus Ferrari saga, this movie known in the rest of the world as LaMans '66 is the recreation story of the men behind the grand story that led Ford to victory and I absolutely love it!
The 4k film and the amazing ATMOS sound track brings this movie to life!!! Watching it in my home theater created a better experience than I had even in the Cinema theaters.
I cant get enough about this movie and highly recommend buying it, even if you are not a gear head, grease monkey, motor head, car lover, ect. You will still enjoy and love this movie!
