The mixing paddle hits the bowl. The mixer bucks and bounces and the tilt lock lets go. Will be returning the mixer for exchange. Cannot recommend the unit based on the one I received.

If you're used to a Samsung do not buy this item. The user interface is a big change. Not necessarily better or worse, but different enough that I purchased a new Samsung yesterday to replace it after 6 months. (Old dog new tricks issue).

Nice little machine with great battery life. I bought it for my other half who doesn't do much technical stuff. Touch screen works better the her chrome book and the lit keyboard is a nice feature. Serves it's purpose well but I don't use it much as there's no numerical keypad.

They work great and look good. Easy install and set-up. I've replaced every switch in my house with these or the HS220 (dimmer switch). The Kasa app is one of the best I've seen. Once configured in Kasa app it integrates nicely with Alexa. Low stock at Best Buy forced me to buy more elsewhere. Looks like I got their last 3.
