Our Home Theater-Geek Squad person has failed to answer 4 phone calls and 3 texts for help that I've sent over the past month. No one at the store gives a hoot. Very poor customer service. A shame...and a scam.

Signed up for the Home Technican option - he came once and set up the TV and extra speakers, which stopped working after a couple of weeks. Called and texted over 20 times and never received a call back to help me troubleshoot. Called national Geek Squard phone number: first wait time was 45 minutes and was connected to sales, transferred with second wait time of one hour and was connected to marketing, transferred with third wait time of one hour and 30 minutes and was connected with someone who said they didn't have the technical background to help me and that I should contact Sonos. What a huge hassle and absolutely lousy "service" - really, no service at all. Terrible. What a scam!
