My spouse was told this was a freebie when she purchased her Apple watch. When we attempted to redeem it we were unsuccessful. I believe the issue was that Apple Music only provides one free trial, which she had done years earlier. Not BB's fault; I hold Apple responsible for this one. If they make this offer for purchasing a product, they should honor it. They are trying to stimulate sales, but simply disappoint customers (after the purchase, of course).

Disappointing Lack of Quality

After a few days of use, the Diamond Care head/brush began to vibrate and make noise (the little plastic retainer in the head comes loose and vibrates when the brush is turned on and while in use). Disappointed in lack of quality for something that cost $109 and that bears the Sonicare name.
