Maybe not their fault??? But they always have issues with game releases. Typically I'd pre order and pick shipping. Always a couple days late. This time i chose store pickup. 6am i get an email saying it's taking longer than usual. 3pm i get another email now saying it's delayed and will take a few days. I canceled it and found it in stock at Target, gamestop and digitally on the Playstation store.

Same for me. Disappointed. I get my pre-order on Wednesday now (allegedly), nearly a week later. Poor customer experience to say the least.
