Although it was an open box display tv I was a little disappointed that the store did not have the remote for the tv and no replacement was offered and there was apparently some miscommunication about the available price for the protection plan. At the time I was told by the sales person that I had 2 weeks to buy the two year plan for $29.99 but when I went back to purchase it I was told that there was no offer for that price.
