It has great security features but not a lot of information on how to use them. I had to stumble my way around set up and spent way more time than I cared to tweaking it. I will say, I am very impressed with the Netgear / Bitdefender subscription. It's very robust and vigilant! I don't like that some features are controlled via the web portal and some on the phone app. And the optional VPN subscription is a 3rd separate app. It all needs to be in one place. And the stuff you can do on the phone app, can't be accessed on a computer. There is no download for that. Personally, I find it easier to do things on my laptop than on my phone. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase but if you are not tech savvy or relentless in your quest to understand how it all works, I would suggest hiring an IT person to install and set it up for you so that you take advantage of all of the features and not just the basic plug and play version.

It's very slim. I had a pop socket that I had stuck on my old phone case which prevented it from charging on the charging pad in my car. This case solved that issue. When the pop socket is pushed all the way in it's practically flush with the back of the case so it doesn't get hung up on anything.

I bought this to replace a very old Canon printer that I had. I loved that printer and was afraid a new one would not measure up but I'm very pleased. Some people commented on the loudness of it but there is a quiet mode that is almost inaudible. I'm not crazy about the scan utility software. It's not as user friendly as the old printer version but it's acceptable.

This is not glass. The only complaint I have about this is that my daughter has long finger nails and she is a hard typer so the shield has dents in it from her nails hitting it so hard all the time. But it's doing the job other than that.

It seems like every wave of new computers comes out with less USB ports. It's annoying. Unfortunately, wireless technology is not 100% reliable and plugging in is necessary. If you use a wireless mouse there goes 1 of your 1 or 2 USB inputs so you petty much need this. That being said, this one is affordable and does the job well.

The RF lenses are amazing. This is a great, versatile lens if you want to zoom in a bit more than the 24-105. The 24-105 is my favorite but I use this one for sight seeing. I'm in love with the RF lenses, overall, and can't wait until they make more. That being said, the EF to RF lens adapter is genius. You definitely want one of those so you can use your EF lenses with your RF camera.

Give favorite clothes the care they deserve~with more ways to put time back into your day. Built-in intelligence uses AI technology and advanced sensors to detect fabric texture and load size to automatically select the perfect settings. You don~t even need to add detergent or fabric softener every time thanks to ezDispense that holds enough for up to 18 loads with one fill*. Then, TurboWash360~ does the work, getting even big loads clean in under 30 minutes**. If laundry nirvana is a thing, you~ve just found it. *Based on 8-12 lb. loads. Always use HE (High-Efficiency) detergent with this washer. **Based on independent testing comparing models WM4500 and WM3900 in normal cycle with TurboWash Option, 10 lb. load (June 2020).

Really wanted to love this set, because it is really beautiful. Overall a good washer. I have already owned front end washers since they first came out; 4 different sets and am familiar with, steam, etc. It performs very well in that area.
I have noticed that you must use steam for work out clothes or anything that has an odor from sweat and it is harsh on clothing. Had to re wash my son's clothes from using a normal cycle since they smelled unwashed even with the turbo added.
biggest complaint is the fact that it will not dispense enough liquid softener to combat odors and soften the clothes. I have it on the highest setting for softener and medium for detergent, Clothing is not stained and just light perspiration not off the chart stinky and you can barely smell it or feel it's softening effect in a regular load when finished on any type of cycle. After multiple washes of different types and the same results, I then ran an additional rinse cycle and added it manually to the rinse cycle and it left spots on the clothing like a grease stain. Had to pre spot them and wash all over again. Obviouslly, it is going to take a little time to figure out a way around this problem. Also, I have never had this before in other front end loaders and have the same kids using the same deodorants.
Not as happy as I thought I would be; feel like my old duet I just gave away was a better washer:( If I can't resolve this my rating will go down.

Odor solution

Try using a laundry magnet system and baking soda (1/2 cup per load). The combo replaces detergent. I've been doing this for a few years and it gets that strong teenager sweat and hard manual labor smells out like they're nothing.
