NOT plug and play read reread instructions line by line! MUST conect to internet THEN work great. KEY be REAL close to booster that it comes with or pay install even better.

Does Geek Squad take a photo of the Serial Number of TV's. The Serial Number is not on the box or receipt for security purposes. My TV is 75", I am 73 yrs old, and cannot turn the tv to see the back. Can I register my Sony without serial number.
