Excellent sound quality (once you customize in the app - Not great out of the box).
Excellent Noise cancellation
Nice range, nice battery life, great features, better than Bose 700 headphones.
But, my requirement was to connect to three devices and two at the same time (ipad and iphone) and want to switch seamlessly when a call comes while watching movie in ipad. Sony WH-1000XM4 doesn't do that (Bose 700 does that well). So, I had to return it. I tried Bose Studio 3, which is not even comparable to this Sony in noise cancellation. I am sticking with my Bose
