Do Not Trust Delivery

This is the worst I paid to have my new washer fully connected. They just dropped it up in place. Lied and said they connected it. And did not bring the new hoses that I paid for. On top of that they were two hours past thei time window. I will NOT buy from here again!!!!

Did Not Connect Washer or Leave Hoses I Bought

Buyer beware! I paid for a washer installation with nee hoses and leveling. They did not hook up my water lines so it was nice t connects nor did they leave the née hoses I paid for. This is horrible I was working In my hone office and when they left they said it was all hooked up. They were also 2 hrs later than what was indicated in the time window cause they said they got a late start! These technicians just rushed through to get on another job and just lied and said they hooked every thing up!!! Shame on you Best Buy... go to Lowe’s or Home Depot!
