I haven't had it very long, so bear that in mind. So far, despite its modest cost, this monitor is a noticeable upgrade from the one it replaced (which back in the day cost more). I was telling myself to keep expectations low, but that was unnecessary. I'm not a gamer, thus can't comment on that aspect, but movies look beautiful on this screen. I am happy. Oh, in this case plug and play means just that: connect and you are in business.
