Purchase this TV on June 2020 I was excited about the 8 k when Greek squad came and installed the TV including setup the service is excellent and professional

Sound pause or picture pause?

Hi, we bought this TV a couple of weeks ago and noticed the sound will pause for about a couple of seconds and comes back. It happens frequently and sometimes we miss important parts of a conversation and have to rewind. We bought a Samsung soundbar to compliment the TV so we're trying to figure out which is the culprit.
