Roku is cool and has extended the life of my TV, as Samsung doesn't want you to download new versions of streaming services, so you are forced to buy a new TV. you can circumvent that with a Roku and it's a solid operating system. Nice try, Samsung!

Good Phone - Poor Best Buy Experience

This phone is nice and replaced a S23fe open box in "excellent" condition I got from Best Buy, but it was broken. Instead of messing around to save 50$, I just got the better phone. I also do not recommend trading in your phone with Best Buy, as that have yet to pay me and are blaming PayPal for the issue. I called customer service and now they say the refund was cancelled. This is costing me a ton of time and no one cares. Gazelle does a great job getting you paid for an old phone, then you can just buy a phone from Best Buy.

The case is okay and it fits well, but it is too slippery. To me, it has the same grip as no case. It slides around in my car just as much as without. I am going to look around for something else, but this works for now, as I don't want to pay 65$ for the super over the top Otterbox option.

Be Careful with Open Box Purchases

Best Buy sent a scratched phone instead of one in good condition. They refuse to replace it and will not honor the price I paid to purchase another if I returned it. Be careful when you buy an open box, as it is a one time deal that expires immediately. Better if you can get the item in store, so you can see it, but that isn't always possible. It was a crazy deal, and that's the only thing keeping me kind of happy.
