I originally brought one last year downstairs to test it out and see how I like it. I loved the instant changes I can make through the Google app and making schedules. So I ordered a second one for upstairs, it was a newer model but it worked fine after connecting the thermostat wires which makes me nervous anyway so I disconnected the power to the house just to make sure that I did not blow a fuse!

Was really bummed that I could not find a PS5 for my son for Christmas. I thought this might be a good alternative since he brings it up a lot last year. I recently replaced his exhaust fan since most of the first generation PS4's has this problem. Also I replaced the original mechanical hard drive with a SSD and it made a world of difference! The VR set runs smooth so I would recommend replacing the PS4 hard drive to SSD to use the VR set but it is not necessary. Great news it will be compatible with a PS5 you have to order the conversion adapter from the PS website and it is free!
