The stand itself feels sturdy and of a quality build. I really appreciate how, with minor adjustments, it can also accommodate PS4 Slims and PS4 Pros.

Absolute Classic, Limited Interface

Neverwinter Nights is an absolute classic and one of (old) BioWare’s greatest games (Think Baldur’s Gate, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and Mass Effect 1 & 2. Don’t think Mass Effect: Andromeda or Anthem). Neverwinter has fantastic writing throughout, and thought-provoking quests. It was also one of the first PC games that promoted and supported fan created content-some of which is included in this Enhanced Edition for the PS4. I believe the writing and depth of gameplay still holds up. There was a bit of a learning curve for me, having to adapt to a controller after years of playing games of this ilk with keyboard and mouse. Despite my ingrained issue, Neverwinter Nights remains one of my favorite games of all time. If you don’t have access to the game on PC, I heartily recommend you get this classic bundle on console! 4.5/5 Stars!

I purchased this for my Brother-in-law because he started camping. When you’re camping, space is at a premium, both when packing and distributing. This Klymit pillow, including the cover and sleeve, reduces to a minuscule 7” x 3” tube. It also has a soft, washable cover. Also, since the pillow itself is inflatable, you can customize exactly how much head/neck support you want. It’s functional and attractive, and I’m looking to purchase a second one in the near future. I definitely recommend it!

LEGO mini figures are always fun, especially when partnering with a property like DC Comics. All of the figures offered in this series have fun, often signature, accessories. I intend to give them as stocking stuffers come Christmas time. I was trying to find a specific one for my wife, but not so far. Not terrible luck though, I’ve only received one duplicate. I definitely recommend the LEGO mini figures to anyone. You can’t go wrong with LEGO!

Refined First Person Shooter, Unconventional Multi

I purchased this for my brother-in-law, who is better at first person shooter games than I am. Bethesda and IdSoftware have built an excellent game that offers a lot of fan service to longtime fans of the series. As a FPS, the shooting and cover mechanics are top notch. The enemy AI (how the “thinks” and responds to your tactics) is also excellent.
Doom Eternal offers a deviation from its normal multiplayer by offering a two versus one scenario where you can play as marines, or two of the demonic enemies. There are multiple demonic classes to choose from, which offers fantastic skill and class combinations. This also adds plenty of replay value, and I believe IdSoftware will continue to add content to bolster both the single-player campaign and multiplayer options.
Doom Eternal is tremendously fun I I highly recommend it!

It’s hard to believe that such a simple and inexpensive add-on can be this helpful. The Sony Back Button Attachment enables you to add two additional buttons to your controller. Here are some specific examples of how it has already been beneficial.
My wife and I play a lot of LEGO games. Those games have air and water races. The most challenging of these races requires you to control the camera, direction, and action button simultaneously. By mapping the action button to one of the new back/paddle buttons, you don’t have take your thumb off the analog stick.
For action games like Star Wars: Fallen Jedi, I map the sprint action to one of the back paddles, because it can be a difficult action to pull off on the L3 thumb stick (at least for me).
You can program three profiles on the Back Button Attachment. So instance, I’ll have a profile for action games, a second for fighting games, and a third for racing games. The buttons are simple to program and the unit fits very securely onto any PS4 Dual Shock 4 controller.
Sony’s Back Button Attachment is literally a game changer, and I very highly recommend it!

The Armor Edge screen protector serves an odd function. You buy it in the hopes that it will break, rather than your smartphone screen. The Armor Edge provides that peace of mind, and does it at a lower price point than the comparable Zagg glass protectors. My wife and I purchased these to protect our iPhone 11 Pros.
The lifetime warranty offers additional peace of mind, and I was lucky(?) enough to use it. My wife tried to readjust her protector, and it shattered*. Getting a new one from Best Buy was a simple, pain free process.
I definitely recommend the Armor Edge protector. It’s a necessary expense to protect your costly smartphone investment.
*If you HAVE to reposition the protector once you’ve put it on, make sure to lift from either of the broadest sides. Do not lift from the forked top, or it will break!

I would chalk this entire experience as a legitimate teaching moment. My wife and I both consider ourselves tech savvy. On a routine visit from a tech for our cable and internet, we discussed internet speeds. We were using a much older Linksys router (I won’t bother you with the model number, as it was over 10 years old). The tech explained that the older router was essentially throttling our internet speeds (both up and down).
My Brother-in-Law is an IT Director and suggested the Linksys - WRT AC3200. Installation was straight forward, very simple. We immediately received internet speeds HIGHER than what our cable company (Charter Spectrum) claims in their TV ads. I was clueless that an old router could make that big an impact. I can easily recommend this Linksys router!
