I normally do all my installation of gadgets myself, but I recently had surgery and just wasn't up for it. I wasn't expecting much from the install guy, but wow, he was awesome! Not only did he make the mount strong enough that someone could hang off of it, but he also knew his way around the menus of the TV and soundbar so well that it was like lightning. He explained everything in detail and was just fantastic. He knew his stuff and was pleasant to work with. I could not be happier with the installation. The TV looks great, and the service was the best I have ever received from ANY Best Buy employee, period.

This is an interesting device, and it works well. The technology in it is a little older, and I was hoping to enjoy gaming with it, but it just doesn't have the power I needed for that purpose. I was surprised by how small it is. It's very slim, and it connected to our network easily. I felt as though it was a little slow to respond to remote commands, and it wasn't as smooth playing videos as our AppleTV. Not a bad device, but I'm not sure it would be my first choice for streaming either especially given its price point.

A large handheld that needs better navigation

I got this in my quest for trying to find the best possible mobile gaming experience. One of my goals was to be able to connect to an external monitor and maintain a high refresh rate. This device does do that, but unfortunately, my game of choice (Call of Duty: Mobile) didn't play as well as I hoped it would (using an Android emulator). The device is quite large, but it's not hard to use as a handheld. I did find that system navigation was challenging unless you connected a keyboard/mouse. The touchscreen and on-screen keyboard just weren't as responsive as I wanted them to be. It's not a bad device, but it's just not what I was looking for.

It's one of the best controllers on the market today when it works, lol. These can be a bit finicky, depending on whether you get one from a good batch or a bad batch. I've experienced this and so have other people online from what I've read. If you get a controller from a good batch, it's REALLY good and works flawlessly. I got one from a bad batch once and the buttons were stuck. If you have one that works, it's amazing. Hands down, it is the best controller I have used and I will continue to get these if they wear out.

Wonderful easy to use phone

Let's start with the bad. It's running an older processor compared to the flagship phones out right now; it comes with a weird screen protector pre-installed that you are not supposed to remove, and it doesn't have wireless charging. OxygenOS lacks AI features, and that is all the negatives I found with the phone.
The positives are that the screen is bright and looks great, and the camera is outstanding; even without the AI features other flagship phones have it produces great, clear photos and gives you many options for manual photography. The size is good, and the front screen is solid.
OxygenOS is one of my favorite Android Operating Systems. It is easy to navigate and has many little features that make using it a joy.
The weight of the phone is great. I did a benchmarking test of this phone with software, and even with it having the older processor, it still outperformed the brand new Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold.
If you are looking for a great phone and don't care about all of the AI buzz or big-name brands, then OnePlus Open is solid and would be perfect for most Android users.

This is an excellent phone with OxygenOS it’s really a nice clean Android experience. Not a lot of AI in OxygenOS 14 but that’s ok I hear the next OS will add more features. The camera is wonderful it takes very sharp photos. I decided to return the phone because the Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold released right after I picked this up and I’ve really wanted to try there new fold but my time with the OnePlus gave me hope for Android and a much better experience than I’ve ever had with Samsung. Great solid phone.
