Can't Use Two Ports Together, Not Enough Powere

I'm really disappointed. You can't use both ports at the same time. When I try, I get an error message that the power charger is too weak to charge properly. Then, it takes longer than normal to charge. Yes, it was on sale. But, a good price doesn't help if it won't charge two items at once without a problem. I didn't receive a receipt. Otherwise, this would have gone back to the store.

Unfortuately, the cats or goblins bump the tower and I'll find the plug on the floor and a dead laptop. I love that it has two portals.
