Love my HP

This replaced my other HP Envy through my service plan. The last one had a defect in the way that they manufactured the hinges so when I flipped the screen from tablet view to laptop view the hinge separated and the screen cracked. This has been addressed by HP and does not look like it will be an issue with this model. I was very pleased with the way that the Geek Squad manager in the store assisted me. I will go to Best Buy again and again for all of my electronic and appliance needs.

I was looking for a freezer to fit in the space where my older freezer sat. The old one was just too small. I measured and compared and researched and couldn't decide if I wanted another chest freezer or an upright. I finally decided because of the exact measurements and the size I would get this one. Boy oh boy, am I glad I did! This freezer is huge in comparison to my older one and takes up barely any more space! I could barely believe it! There is so much more room inside, it has a little shelf I assume above the motor and a sliding basket at the top to make things more accessible. The temperature setting doesn't have to be very high to keep things frozen quite solid either. I already feel like I am saving money!

I wanted a large size microwave to replace the microwave that I previously had that ran when you opened the door. I am very pleased with this purchase. It is easy to clean and maintain and very attractive with my current stainless/black kitchen appliances. I do miss the express start feature on my old microwave but I think that with the additional features that this provides that I will be able to do without that one. I can't wait to try to cook a pizza in this thing and see how it comes out!
