It says it is capable of having a TV of up to 150 lbs placed on it. When I put my 105 lb TV on it, there are these two grooves that hold the top shelf in place that cracked within 10 minutes so the top shelf was no longer held in place. Customer service took forever! I had to speak to a manager because the rep was incompetent! They sent me a replacement, but I won't put my 105 lb TV on it so I had to put another TV on it. Kinda messed up my plans.

I hook these desktops directly to my flat screen tv's and hook up wireless keyboards and mouse(s) or mice to them and have 60-65 inch computer screens. Works great. I have to adjust the graphics settings to have it fit the tv and that's all I need.

Not sure about the stand...

I never hang my tv's on the wall and always prefer the tv stand. However, this tv's stand is extremely unorthodox. It's more like a kick stand. And the TV is slightly tilted backwards. Very odd.
